Megan Rogers is a licensed clinical social worker, nutritionist, and health coach based in Denver, Colorado. She works with clients who want an integrative approach to mental health, gray area drinking, and overall wellness.
Megan’s holistic, individualized approach is rooted in evidence-based research, neuroscience, mindfulness and spirituality, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine. Megan draws from her clinical training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), attachment theory, and mind-body psychotherapy to support clients dealing with depression, anxiety, problematic drinking, and trauma.
