Meg Wilson is a licensed therapist, clinical supervisor, and Founder of The Antidote™ – A Better You, a Houston-based group practice offering a deeply integrative approach to mental wellness. Drawing from her multidisciplinary background in special events, law firm recruiting, and interior design, Meg approaches emotional health with equal attention to the internal terrain of biochemistry and the external factors that shape our daily experience.
Her signature program, The Antidote Method™, is a structured 10-week reset for high-functioning women navigating burnout, anxiety, and major life transitions. By blending psychotherapy with nutritional psychiatry, amino acid therapy, and functional blood chemistry analysis, the program targets the root causes of mental health concerns, offering a comprehensive recalibration for the brain and body.
Meg specializes in supporting clients through addiction recovery, anxiety and depression, trauma and PTSD, mood regulation, and women’s emotional health during pivotal seasons such as perimenopause, caregiving, or career reinvention. Her clinical style is direct, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based approaches like CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, enhanced with targeted nutritional support to accelerate and sustain progress.
To complement her work in session, Meg developed RECAPTURE™, a line of
therapeutic supplements aligned with The Antidote Method™. Current formulas
include:
- calm – for anxiety relief
- rise – for depression support
- focus – for attention and ADHD
- revive – for alcohol recovery support
- balance – for alcohol craving reduction
A cognitive clarity and memory formula is currently in testing for clients struggling
with brain fog, attention issues, and age-related cognitive decline.
Meg’s mission is to bridge the emotional and biochemical care gap, offering a
personalized, science-backed path to healing and resilience. She works with adults
who are ready to get unstuck, regain energy, and move forward with clarity.
Outside of her clinical work, Meg enjoys time with her two grown children and her
granddaughter and is active in expanding access to integrative mental health care
in Houston.
