I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida. I’ve been working with clients since 2011 and have worked in a range of clinical settings. Currently, I work primarily with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, and feeling stuck in their lives. I have a passion for helping people learn how to change their relationship with anxiety, experience more moments of calm, and start trusting their voice.
I have a private practice in South Florida called Nurturing Minds Counseling. I primarily incorporate interventions from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and draw from my training as Certified Daring Way Facilitator. My mission is to help my clients live more authentic and meaningful lives by taking an integrated approach.
