I am an Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and 20 years of health care experience.

I offer remote telepsychiatry visits for patients in California. My approach to care is holistic, individualized and non-judgmental and I aim to partner with my patients to fully realize their potential and optimize their wellbeing.  I have special interest in health and nutrition counseling, perinatal mental health, and supporting patients healing from trauma and depression. I am also passionate about health equity, racial and social justice, and ending mental health stigma.
