June is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month. We are excited to partner with HFC and Annie Fenn, MD, founder of Brain Health Kitchen on a very special Mental Fitness Kitchen. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to HFC, a nonprofit organization that benefits those impacted by Alzheimer’s disease as well as research and education.

The nutrient content of these recipes are specifically focused on preventing cognitive decline and boosting brain health. Questions and cooking along are encouraged. If you’re not able to attend the live class, when you sign up you will still receive the recording.
